Blog Assignment October 2.

I was absent this day of testing. So I'm not in the videos. But looking over everyone else...
Knowledge of sequence: I feel like the advanced girls knew the dance way better than the proficients'.
Time: the timing overall seemed good. There was a few parts timing was off. Like the donkey kick thing with the snake roll. That ripples timing was very sloppy and off.
Space: The spacing seemed pretty good.
Energy: I didn't see the energy in everyone. I feel like some could have tightened they're motions up better and give the dance that pop of energy it really needs.
Expressions: I didn't see any expressions or facials at all.
Precision: Not everything was very precise. It looked like some were unsure of where they're motions were supposed to be placed. Or they just didn't do it right.
Technique: technique was good.
Ensemble: they were all pretty together most the time.
Creativity and preparation: creativity was good the music and choreography. Preparation wasn't perfect.

Progress in Dance

These past two weeks in dance we've made a lot of progress on our football dance. We've done very well contributing all the elements of time and movement in our dance. As well as working great together.
